Jolly Good Web
Creative Operations Manager
Lincoln
FULL TIME
December 3, 2024
Jolly Good Web is a fully UK-based web design and development agency, serving global clients across multiple industries including Aviation, Tech, Construction, and Data/AI. Our principle tech stack is Webflow / Figma / Adobe suite, however we also serve clients in the Wordpress and Laravel platforms.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mosaic Digital Hub, Lincoln (LN2 1DY) for a Creative Operations Manager. This could suit a creative professional looking to step up to the first management rung of their career - we don't expect you to have worked at this level already.
As Creative Operations Manager at Jolly Good Web, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, with appropriate oversight and guidance while you settle in. There will be some design output expected of this role (including contributing to brand guideline / logo ideation, and giving input into the formation of website wireframes), however you will principally be focused on project management of agency staff and appropriate client liaison. You will collaborate with our wider team to understand client requirements, refine concepts, and execute. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creative talents and contribute to the success of our clients' websites & apps.
Across the wider business, you will assist with the everyday management of functions directly relating to project and person management, such as the ongoing development & implementation of a robust agency project management system. You will have a lot of independence to go ahead and find the best solutions - this role will best suit somebody that isn't phased by ambiguity and is keen to bring greater structure to a high-performing team.
We are an ambitious agency that aims to double headcount in 2025 - progression opportunities will be there for the right individual as we onboard more staff and begin to form distinct business areas. We hire and promote based on talent & quality of output, not just time in role.
Please note that the location of employment is set (Lincoln LN2 1DY) - remote candidates will not be considered for this role. A hybrid working pattern can be discussed after at least one month of settling in, however core in-person contact days will be expected. We are NOT in a position to provide Visa sponsorship at this time - please only apply if you have the legal right to work in the UK.
