We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager with a strong tech background to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA, and delivery teams, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Does this relate to you?

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
• Technical background as Developer, QA or BA
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
• Understanding of PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum
• English is Uppper intermediate or higher

Additional:

• Flexible schedule with demand to be available till 9 PM CET time when necessary

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects
• Coordinate with technical teams, ensuring project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues when necessary
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track and report on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
• Support delivery project manager in managing resources, budgets, and timelines
• Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate communication between team members
• Ensure that project outcomes align with client objectives and business goals
