• Understanding of IT/Saa S industry best practices and current standards
  
• Expertise with industry tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, etc., as well as extensive expertise with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT, and Copilot
  
• Marketing/Economics background is preferred
  
• Upper intermediate English proficiency or higher is required
  
• High level of initiative: A self-starter with the drive to take ownership
  

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEM (SEO + PPC) strategies
  
• Manage all aspects of paid and organic traffic for client websites
  
• Conduct thorough keyword research, content analysis, and competitor studies
  
• Perform ongoing SEO optimization, including on-page and off-page tactics, as well as regular audits
  
• Drive growth through targeted cold email marketing campaigns (create sequences, analyze results, and optimize)
  
• Oversee, launch, and manage campaigns across various platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media like Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and review platforms like Capterra and others to achieve KPIs
  
• Initiate or participate in landing page creation, optimization, and A/B testing
  
• Collaborate effectively with content managers
  
• Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, including key metrics, keyword rankings, and goal-tracking data
  
• Stay up-to-date on current digital marketing trends and advancements
