Sales Consultant (Power Supply Solutions)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Power Supply Solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 2 years of sales experience within Qatar, preferably in the power supply or related industries. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 2 years of sales experience within Qatar, preferably in the power supply or related industries. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities within the power supply sector in Qatar.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of power supply solutions, including UPS systems, generators, and other power-related products.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer requirements, competitors, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and tenders in line with customer requirements and company policies.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring profitable terms and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Qatar, with a proven track record in the Power Supply Solutions industry or related fields (e.g., electrical, generators, UPS systems, etc.).
- Driving License: A valid Qatari driving license is required, as the role involves frequent travel to client sites.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of power supply solutions and technical products, with the ability to translate technical specifications to customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qatar Experience: Familiarity with the local market, business culture, and customer base in Qatar.
- Experience working with power supply systems such as UPS, generators, inverters, etc.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s industrial and commercial energy needs.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
