Outdoor Salesperson Job Description
At Dr. Scent Qatar, we are looking for a driven and qualified Outdoor Salesperson to represent and sell our products in the Qatari market. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, possess strong negotiation skills, and be capable of presenting our products and services effectively during face-to-face interactions. This role primarily involves visiting clients, attending meetings/events, and maximizing sales opportunities in the field.
Objectives and Responsibilities of this Role
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
Experience:
At Dr. Scent Qatar, we are looking for a driven and qualified Outdoor Salesperson to represent and sell our products in the Qatari market. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, possess strong negotiation skills, and be capable of presenting our products and services effectively during face-to-face interactions. This role primarily involves visiting clients, attending meetings/events, and maximizing sales opportunities in the field.
Objectives and Responsibilities of this Role
- Represent the company’s products and services to existing and potential customers in outdoor settings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive outdoor sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate leads and foster relationships by organizing and executing daily visits to existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers to explore new sales opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide product presentations and resolve customer inquiries or objections confidently.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and necessary documentation to clients.
- Meet defined sales goals by assessing customer needs and following a structured selling process.
- Create manual invoices, receipts, and enter transaction details into the company system.
- Log daily sales activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- At least two years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in a similar field.
- A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- High school degree is required; a diploma is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Arabic, English (Preferred)
