• Experience in the sales and marketing of Ready mixed concrete or building material products.
• Manage the client base through Excellent follow-up on leads for Existing and new clients.
• Working actively on the scheduled appointment with builders, architects, and contractors.
• Customer visits, meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Preparing a quotation, submitting it to customers, and following up
• Maintaining customer database records
• Ensure current client retention and repeat business from existing clients.
• Work with the collection team for the collection of payments and follow-up.
• Assist the plant Head / General Manager for deciding pricing strategy, new project finalization
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Convert potential clients by continuous follow up and gaining trust.
• Must understand & explain technicality of product.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to improve upon if required.

INDUSTRY: RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) Plant OR Building Material Industry.
Required Qualifications:

• B.E. Civil /Diploma Civil or MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Executive/Business Development.
• RMC Sales background preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills and market research experience.

• Qatar Driving License (Required)
