This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, analytics, and more. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, increase online engagement, and maximize digital sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring growth in key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- SEO & SEM: Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring high ROI and lead generation.
- Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, etc.), creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to increase reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, relevant, and SEO-optimized content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) to engage target audiences.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and drive conversions through segmentation and targeted messaging.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or others to track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance. Analyze results and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Brand Awareness: Build and maintain the brand's online presence through strategic digital campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp, Hub Spot, etc.).
- Strong creative thinking, with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
- Knowledge of local market trends in Qatar and the Middle East region is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with international or regional brands in Qatar.
- Familiarity with Arabic language and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
