Job Summary:
The Bill Collector is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely collection. This role also involves resolving billing issues and keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone or emails.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure payments are made on time.
• Resolve billing disputes and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and payment agreements.

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar driving license required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Knowledge of collection laws and best practices is a plus.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
