Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing Assistant to provide effective and efficient support to our Marketing Director. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and a strong ability to multitask, manage projects, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Director in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Help with content creation for various marketing materials (social media, newsletters, website content, presentations).
• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing calendar and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Handle communication with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide general support to the marketing team and ensure smooth workflow across various marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
• Work closely with an experienced Marketing Director and gain valuable industry knowledge.
• Be part of a dynamic, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
