Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Data Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing team understand customer behaviors, optimize marketing strategies, and drive business decisions through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Create detailed, actionable reports on marketing performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot).
• 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on marketing or business analytics.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
