Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our telecom products and services.

• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospective customers.

• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience of 1+ years in Customer service role or similar industry.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification required.

• Arabic & English language proficiency.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
