MEP Supervisor

Location: Ras-Laffan, Qatar
Salary: 2,600 QAR per month
Job Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (with possibility of extension)
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company
Overtime to be paid: After 10 working hours and on Fridays and Public Hoildays
We are seeking a qualified MEP Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all MEP activities on-site, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed, tested, and maintained according to industry standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on safety, and a commitment to high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise MEP systems installation, commissioning, and maintenance across the site.
Ensure all MEP systems and processes meet safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with project engineers and other teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP-related tasks.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to MEP systems.
Manage MEP contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Promote safety in all aspects of work, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of MEP activities for construction projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in the oil and gas sector.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their installation and maintenance in industrial environments.
Proven experience in supervising teams and managing contractors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: QAR 2,600
Company-provided food, accommodation, and transportation.
