Rigging Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate rigging operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Oversee rigging crews, providing guidance and training to maintain high-performance standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement rigging plans and procedures for lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to plan and schedule rigging activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspection of rigging equipment, including ropes, chains, and lifting devices.
- Investigate and report any incidents or near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, equipment inspections, and safety reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in rigging techniques and safety standards.
- Oil and Gas industry experience.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
