Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Patrolling Supervisor with a strong security background to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Qatari driving license and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in security. The Patrolling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, and conducting regular patrols to maintain a secure environment.

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Patrolling Supervisor with a strong security background to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Qatari driving license and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in security. The Patrolling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, and conducting regular patrols to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure the protection of property, assets, and people.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide leadership and training to security staff, ensuring all personnel are well-prepared and knowledgeable about security protocols and procedures.
- Maintain and update all relevant security documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and personnel records.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding security and safety measures.
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
