What You’ll Do
✅ Supervise and coordinate insulation activities, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
✅ Lead and support a team of insulators, providing hands-on guidance and training.
✅ Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-schedule delivery.
✅ Conduct material requisitions, quality checks, and inspections to maintain top-notch standards.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Extensive background as an Insulator Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of insulation techniques, materials, and standards.
Expertise: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
Leadership: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to lead teams effectively.
Visa Requirement: Must hold an Own/Freelance Visa.
