We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our Workshop Department in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC). Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Troubleshoot, commission, and maintain marine and mechanical systems.
• Provide expert technical advice to ensure operational efficiency.
• Team Coordination:
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration within the team to achieve optimal results.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in marine engine maintenance or a related field.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent vocational training with extensive hands-on experience.
• Technical Expertise:
• Skilled in troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining marine and mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering products, systems, and processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
