Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs that are aesthetically pleasing and align with our brand identity. Ensure designs are consistent across platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.
- Contribute to the overall UX strategy, including information architecture, interaction design, and user journey mapping.
- Help create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on insights and usability testing results.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and the design process.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.
Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
