Position: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences and needs; translate insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Develop consistent user interfaces aligned with product aesthetics and brand identity.
• Organize complex information intuitively and user-friendly.
• Plan and conduct usability testing; iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers for accurate implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and pattern libraries for consistency.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and apply best practices to enhance digital products.
• Create design documentation and style guides to support development.
• Seek and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Familiar with user research and usability testing methods.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
