Job Description

• Handle inbound customer complaints and technical queries.
• Make outbound calls to queries that are received through the website and social media pages.
• Handle billing-related queries.
• Work with the team and entertain all customer queries accurately.
• Handle social media chat channels for receiving queries.
• Work with the sales team to deliver to customers asking for services.

Job Requirements

• Should be a graduate in Marketing or Business Administration discipline
• Students in the last semester can also apply
• Should have a learning attitude and disciplined
• Should be high with energy
• Should be able to work along with seniors
• Should be a team player
• English Communication is mandatory

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
