We are seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for assisting clients with their queries and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client inquiries and service applications.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Assist clients in completing forms and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Document all interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing of client applications.
• Stay updated on service-related policies and procedures to provide informed assistance to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of service processes and procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
