UI/UX Designer (REMOTE)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across digital platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Understand and analyze user needs, behavior, and motivations through various research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
  • Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field or an equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile design projects.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Java Script is a plus.
Work Schedule:
We operate in the USA Time Zone. In Pakistan time, our shift is from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
