Responsibilities:-
Cold Calling:
Implement effective cold calling techniques to engage with potential clients.
Communicate the value proposition of our products/services and generate leads for the sales team.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Analyze industry data to determine target audiences and refine marketing strategies.
Data Research:
Utilize data-scraping techniques to gather insightful data from various online sources.
Conduct research on Linked In and other platforms to identify key market trends and opportunities.
Google and Microsoft Tools Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) for comprehensive business communication and reporting.
Be well-acquainted with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides for efficient workflow and collaboration

· Strong nerves and ability to handle pressure and difficult situations.
· High business acumen to make informed decisions and contribute to strategic planning.
· Capability to handle spontaneous situations with agility and adaptability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Up to 2 years experienced will be preferred.
3. Proven experience in market research and cold calling.
4. Call center experience will be given preference.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Must be having good understanding of CRM tools, preferably Hub Spot.
Work Schedule:
We operate in the USA Time Zone. In Pakistan time, our shift is from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
