Tapmad is looking for Social Media Executive will manage and enhance the organization’s presence across various social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, driving audience engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all posts.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Research and implement new trends and technologies to improve engagement and reach.
- Community Engagement:
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Foster relationships with the online community to enhance brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Use insights to refine content strategy and improve outcomes.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content) to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers or partners to amplify social campaigns.
- Platform Management:
- Stay updated with social media algorithm changes and best practices.
- Maintain and optimize social media accounts (e.g., bio, links, visuals).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
