We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Strategy Manager to join our team.
Experience: 5+ years
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital platforms.
  • All content for ads and social media plans will be provided to the media buying and social media teams.
  • Lead and manage the social media marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Oversee and manage all social media, media buying, and merchandising activities for all accounts.
  • Plan end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that are aligned with clearly defined campaign goals and business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, cost optimisation, and budget adherence.
  • Strategize compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing, in collaboration with graphic designers and animators.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a detailed social media content calendar, ensuring timely implementation of posting schedules and campaign launches.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior using analytics tools, implementing data-driven optimizations to improve performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and performance analysis to clients, and all stakeholders, highlighting key insights, campaign performance, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed of the latest industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging techniques to maintain a fresh and relevant brand presence.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in social media strategies, leveraging new tools and approaches to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously inform and adapt social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all verticals are aligned with brand strategy and digital marketing plan.
  • Coordinate closely with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and objectives for social media content and strategy.
  • Ensure all tasks are accurately logged and managed within the task management system to effectively track progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and task management tools.
  • Expertise in strategizing and overseeing engaging content across digital platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with objectives.
  • Skilled in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring cost optimisation.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging techniques.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and timelines.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client coordination and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with competitor analysis, customer feedback, and adaptive strategies.
  • Creative, innovative, and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs185,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
