Ringo Media is a fast-growing digital solutions company specializing in Saa S products and services. We are currently seeking a Social Media Organic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you’re skilled in leveraging social media platforms to drive organic growth, identify potential clients, and foster meaningful connections, this role is for you. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through innovative social media strategies and relationship-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram to identify and engage potential clients.
• Develop and execute organic lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
• Create and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and engagement.
• Research and identify potential clients using social media tools and trends.
• Write compelling outreach messages and social media content to capture interest and generate leads.
• Strategically grow social media followers and enhance engagement across company profiles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic lead generation efforts with broader company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in organic social media lead generation, with a focus on B2B client acquisition.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media tools and platforms for organic lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) to convey value propositions effectively.
• Strong writing skills for outreach messages and engaging social media content.
• In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and trends to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• Familiarity with researching and identifying potential clients through online channels.
• Experience in growing social media followers and boosting organic engagement is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
