Job Summary:
ENZA HOME is seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist who is a recent graduate in Marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in content creation and digital marketing. In this role, you will be involved in developing and executing content strategies, producing engaging and on-brand content, and contributing to ENZA HOME’s growth across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development:
• Assist in the creation of content strategies that align with ENZA HOME’s overall marketing goals and business objectives.
• Help in planning and maintaining content calendars for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Content Creation & Editing:
• Write and edit compelling, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, and more.
• Ensure content is tailored to the target audience and reflects ENZA HOME’s voice and brand identity.
• SEO & Performance Optimization:
• Assist in optimizing content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
• Monitor content performance and make recommendations for improvements based on key metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement).
• Collaboration & Execution:
• Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure content is aligned with current campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
• Work closely with social media teams to develop and execute content strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Learning & Growth:
• Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
• Actively seek out opportunities to learn new tools and skills to improve content production and performance.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Skills & Expertise:
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of content marketing principles, digital marketing, and SEO (any relevant academic or internship experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and the ability to create engaging content for these channels.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a plus. Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Word Press is beneficial but not required.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
