Job Description:
ENZA HOME is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms, including digital media, print, packaging, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and experience in creating compelling graphics that enhance customer experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visually engaging graphics for print and digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, online ads, product catalogs, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create materials that align with ENZA HOME’s brand identity and strategic goals.
• Develop concepts and designs for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal collections.
• Ensure all design work is on-brand, consistent, and meets high-quality standards.
• Edit and refine product photography, creating visuals that enhance product appeal.
• Create engaging motion graphics, videos, and animations for digital and social media content.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets in an efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and software updates.
• Work on ad-hoc design projects as needed, including event materials, presentations, and signage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in retail, home furnishings, or consumer goods).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in digital design, including web and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A creative, innovative mindset with a passion for design and trends in the home furnishing industry.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and design tools is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
