As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong interest in home décor and furniture.
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Carrefour &, Main G.T. Rd, opposite Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad, Capital Territory, Pakistan
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers both in-store and online, offering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their home furnishing needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Sales Achievement: Drive sales through proactive approaches, following up on leads, and generating new business opportunities in alignment with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Product Presentation: Ensure the showroom displays are well-maintained, attractive, and in line with Enza Home's standards to engage customers and showcase the products effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and smooth operations.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products in the home furnishings market to help identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or furniture/home décor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • A passion for home décor, furniture, and interior design is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Fluency in [Insert Language] (additional languages are a plus).
