Position to be filled: Discipline Supervisors

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day

• day operations and ensuring the efficient and safe execution of the project. Your role may involve:

Main tasks:

• Managing a team of workers, technicians, or subcontractors.

• Planning and organizing work schedules and assignments.

• Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

• Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks.

• Identifying and addressing any issues or delays in workflow.

• Providing guidance and training to team members.

• Collaborating with other supervisors and departments to optimize operations.

• Reporting on project status, productivity, and resource requirements.

• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
