Position: Junior Civil Supervisor
Experience: 1 to 2.5 years
Location: Oman
Employment Type: Full-time, Immediate Joining
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor work progress and report any deviations from the project plan.
- Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed on-site.
- Assist in resolving any technical or operational issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, and other necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Omani nationality (mandatory).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1 to 2.5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ready to join immediately.

Pay: RO325.000 - RO350.000 per month
