We are seeking a Finance Professional with a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment management, and internal audit functions. Ideally, candidates will have experience in mid-tier firms, focusing on audit and business consultancy (preferred but not mandatory). This dynamic role involves the following responsibilities:
Financial Statement Analysis:

• Analyze financial statements to assess performance, profitability, and financial health.
• Identify trends and variances to provide actionable insights for management.
• Assist the Investment Manager in day-to-day tasks, including preparing ad hoc financial reports and analyses related to existing and potential investments.
• Collaborate on projects that require in-depth data analysis to inform investment decisions.

Coordination with Service Providers:

• Work closely with external service providers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
• Address discrepancies and manage the resolution of data-related issues efficiently.

Internal Audit Oversight:

• Oversee the internal audit function to ensure internal controls are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct periodic reviews of control processes and implement improvements as necessary.

Process and Payment Reviews:

• Conduct regular assessments of payment processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimizations to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

Ad Hoc Assignments:

• Handle various ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Risk Management:

• Support the identification and management of financial and operational risks associated with investments and internal processes.
• Develop and recommend mitigation strategies where necessary.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and consultants.

Pay: RO650.000 - RO850.000 per month
