Position to be filled: IT Support

Main requisites and general background:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.

Proficiency in network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity.

Knowledge of IT best practices, hardware, software, and ITIL framework.

Experience in troubleshooting IT issues and providing technical support.

Understanding of preventive maintenance for IT systems and infrastructure.

Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for IT failures.

Knowledge of shutdown procedures and coordination involving IT systems.

Strong problem
solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast
paced environment.
