National international federation LLC is a leading car rental company in Oman, committed to providing excellent services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and manage the HR operations for our expanding business.
Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the car rental industry or similar service-oriented sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for various roles
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment
- Provide support to management in organizational planning and staff retention
- Monitor and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the service sector
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Omani national or experienced expatriate candidates preferred
