Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muscat Oman. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to drive sales growth.
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling leasing business of AWP products
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer relationship files, expand business channels, and achieve annual business targets.
• Follow up on the recovery of funds for related leasing business and project engineering business and reduce bad receivables.
• · Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
• · Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
• · Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
• · Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
• · Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
• · Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
• · Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Market Analysis and Business Development skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
