Job Summary:
Rikaz Development is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness for its real estate projects. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to promote Rikaz Development’s residential and commercial projects, enhance customer engagement, and support sales objectives. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the real estate market in Oman, digital marketing trends, and the ability to manage a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the brand’s position, growth, and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve the marketing approach.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
• Strengthen brand recognition in Oman’s real estate market through impactful storytelling, visuals, and digital engagement.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns to promote ongoing and upcoming projects, with a focus on digital platforms, traditional advertising, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with external agencies and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate digital performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize reach and engagement.
• Content Development:
• Work closely with the content team to develop compelling content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
• Generate innovative ideas for content that will attract prospective buyers and investors.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer needs.
• Use analytics and metrics to measure campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
• Track spending and optimize marketing investments for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in real estate or property development.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of Oman’s real estate market and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
