Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and X.
· Create engaging and compelling content for social media, email marketing, blogs and website.
· Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
· Plan and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting.
· Manage and grow the social media accounts by creating and posting relevant content, engaging with followers and tracking performance metrics.
· Analyze and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights and campaign dashboards.
· Create and manage marketing content in both Arabic and English, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
· Work closely with the content, design and sales teams to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
· Proven track record in managing social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and content creation.
· Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and social media scheduling platforms.
· Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Hub Spot.
· Knowledge of basic HTML, CMS platforms (Word Press), and graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
· Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
· Analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· A degree/diploma in digital marketing, communication or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, SEO or similar are a plus.
· Preference to those with experience in the Middle East especially Oman.
