We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with a passion for driving growth in the media and events industry. As Manager/Senior Executive – Business, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships and delivering value to our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Management: Leading the end-to-end sales process, including identifying opportunities, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
· Sponsorships & Advertising: Selling sponsorships for high-profile events and advertising packages across our digital, print and social media platforms.
· Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
· Strategic Planning: Identifying new revenue streams, upselling opportunities and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
· Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, production and editorial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
· 2-10 years in sales management, preferably in digital media, event sponsorships, radio or print media.
· Proven ability to pitch, negotiate and close deals successfully.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
· A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
· A degree in business management, sales or marketing management is ideal.
· Preference to those with experience in the Middle East especially Oman.
