Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month

As part of our growth, we seek a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Staff Supervision:
- Schedule and assign duties to staff members to maintain productivity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet company goals.
- Address and resolve staff or customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Relations:
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
- Address customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
- Inventory and Supplies:
- Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of beverages and supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the bar and lounge.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Financial Oversight:
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.
- Handle daily cash flow and report any discrepancies to management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry. (wine bar, restaurants, hotels)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations.
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
