Utility Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Utility Supervisor to oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems and equipment at our Sagamu plant. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record in managing utility services and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Air Handling Units (AHOs):
- Operate, monitor, and maintain AHOs to ensure optimal performance and air quality standards.
- Water Treatment and Bore Wells (WTP):
- Manage bore wells and water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
- Compressors:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of air compressors, ensuring uninterrupted service and performance.
- Chillers:
- Maintain chillers to ensure efficient cooling operations and minimize downtime.
- Vacuum Absorption Machines (VAM):
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of vacuum absorption machines to ensure energy-efficient performance.
- Plumbing Jobs:
- Supervise plumbing activities, including installation, repairs, and routine maintenance of water and drainage systems.
- Boilers:
- Operate and maintain boilers to ensure consistent steam supply and compliance with safety regulations.
- B.Tech, B.Sc., OND, or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in utility management within a plant or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, including AHOs, compressors, chillers, boilers, and WTP.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to utility operations.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Utility Supervisor: 6 years (Required)
