Job Summary:
The Sector Head, Ultra HNI (High Net Worth Individual) - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the Ultra HNI client portfolio. The Sector Head will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance in wealth management, investment planning, and asset growth tailored to the complex financial needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with the expertise and confidence to thrive in a client-centered, high-growth environment, providing top-tier financial solutions to Ultra HNI clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess client portfolios, develop personalized investment strategies, and recommend suitable products and solutions based on risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
- Provide customized financial planning, investment, and advisory services to meet each client’s unique financial goals and objectives.
- Leverage market insights and networking skills to tap into new opportunities, expand the client base, and contribute to revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client-centric strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across all client interactions and transactions.
- Identify and address any risks associated with client portfolios or financial transactions, ensuring all activities align with the bank’s policies.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related field, with a focus on Ultra HNI clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA preferred).
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Pay: ₦18,497,268.75 per year
