Job Summary: The Head of Sales and Deposit is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and deposit growth strategy for the organization. This leadership role involves developing, executing, and monitoring sales plans and deposit initiatives to achieve financial targets, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen the overall product portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive deposit growth, attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics; regularly evaluate team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance results.
- Collaborate with Network, marketing and product teams to design tailored offerings and promotional campaigns that address customer needs.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive sales reports, deposit growth analyses, and forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
- Developing strategies for deposit portfolio and financial services of the bank.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring product offerings remain relevant and aligned with market dynamics.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and opportunities to expand the company's deposit base.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a sales or deposit growth role within the banking or financial services sectors, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
