Your Role:
As a Patient Safety Manager, you’ll lead efforts to ensure the highest standards of patient safety across the organization. From conducting investigations and root cause analyses to implementing innovative safety protocols, your work will directly impact patient outcomes and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire and train teams on safety best practices, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Strategic Development: Use data to identify trends and implement safety improvements aligned with AMCE’s goals.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with all patient safety regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams, external agencies, and senior leadership to enhance safety protocols.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in patient safety or clinical governance roles.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis abilities.
