EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Our client is a progressive investment firm specialized in resourcing, education, technology, and infrastructure solutions and is in search of an Executive Assistant who will play a critical role in supporting the co-founders and ensuring efficient operation of their office. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday | Onsite
Location: Lekki Phase1 Lagos Nigeria
Salary Budget: N300,000 - N350,000 (negotiable)

This role typically requires a standard office setting and may involve travel for coordinating
with stakeholders or attending events with the co-founders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the co-founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the co-founder's office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring smooth logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost discretion.
- Work directly with the Co-founders to support all aspects of their daily work routine and maintain confidentiality on sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion, prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Manage and reconcile expenses and prepare financial reports as required.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating Power Point presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or executives as needed
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Adaptable to various competing demands.
- High ethical standards and discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities and the ability to foster a team-oriented environment is key
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations is important.
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Able to analyze complex situations, consider various perspectives, and make informed decisions.

- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
