Management Trainee

Our client, a Nigeria-based financial advisory firm specializing in cash flow optimization services, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join their team as a Management Trainee. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their leadership and management skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the team to gain a deep understanding of the firm's operations, learn the fundamentals of the business, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Work Days: Mondays - Fridays (1day off for CDS)
Specification: Youth Corpers, Serving in Lagos and looking for PPA
Availability to Start: As soon as possible
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary (Corpers): N95,000
Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects, ensuring that deliverables are met within the defined timeline and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business and contribute to team goals.
Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentoring, to develop leadership and management competencies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bsc in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing with a minimum of Second Class Upper
Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Ability to commute/relocate:

Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
