Located in Abuja, our state-of-the-art facility will deliver world-class care, specialising in Cardiology, Haematology, and Oncology. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and manage the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of our General Medical Services. This is a leadership role at the heart of our organisation, offering you the chance to shape healthcare excellence and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Business Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical services department.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create and execute strategic plans.
- Drive quality improvement and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for the medical services team.
- Engage with key stakeholders, from clinical teams to external partners.
- Use data insights to enhance service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Represent AMCE in discussions and initiatives to shape healthcare policies.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management and operational leadership.
- 5+ years in healthcare management or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or Healthcare Management).
- Experience in project management within a healthcare setting.
