ARCHITECT

Location: Lagos Island
Responsibility
•Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals with detailed architectural plans, elevations and 3d Models.
∙Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from inception to completion.
∙Work closely with interior designers, contractors and other team members to ensure design integrity and seamless project execution.
∙Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies and incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects
∙Conduct site visitations to monitor projects, inspect workmanship, and ensure adherence to design speciﬁcations and quality standards.
∙Ensure all design conforms with building codes, regulations and industry standards by preparing and reviewing technical drawings, speciﬁcations and construction documents.
∙Engage with clients to understand their visions, preferences and requirements with the ability to present design proposals and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback
∙Ensure adherenece to all company policies relevant to your role.
Requirements
•Must have a Bachelor’s in Architecture with minimum of 3years experience in this ﬁeld.
•He/She must be able to conceptualize and create appealing and functional interior spaces.
•Must have strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
•Must have sustainable knowledge of design principles and be able to integrate solutions into projects.
•Should have meticulous attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and quality.
•Demonstrate strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Must be proﬁcient in design softwares like Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite and other relevant design tools
•Must be available for occasional travel to meet with clients or stakeholders.
•Must have strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
