1. Architect
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop building plans and layouts that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the architectural integrity of projects from conception through construction.
• Collaborate with builders, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, ideally in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.

2. Builders (2 positions available)
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all phases of construction, from foundation to finishing.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to bring projects to completion on time.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations on site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building construction and hands-on knowledge of construction processes.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial building is preferred.

3. Accountant
Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, including budgets, payroll, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare regular financial statements, reports, and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to guide financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books or Sage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

4. Human Resources (HR) Specialist
Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
• Manage employee relations, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Marketers (2 positions available)
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Ayhomes properties and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Engage with potential clients and maintain strong relationships to drive sales.
• Collaborate with sales and advertising teams to create effective promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales or marketing roles.
