Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Reservation Agent located in Kuwait City. The Flight Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with
clients, and performing receptionist duties.

Role Description

Qualifications
- Previous experience in flight reservations.
- Phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle receptionist duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and geography.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Valid residency and transferable visa.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
