With this, we are recruiting for the role of Office Accountant within a busy office. Office hours are negiotable

The Role:
As the Office Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day finance functions of our cabin hire & sales business. This role will own the financial function of the business ( end to end), supporting the management & operations team, with financial information. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance who thrives in a small / medium business within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the finance function (end to end)
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Banking, Reconciliations and Debtor collection.
Process staff payroll for 20 staff
File Vat returns, liaise with our accounting firm in terms of deadlines, and monthly reporting
Produce management accounts, & financial information to support business decision making
Role will report to Managing Director.
Office hours negiotable
Adhoc duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial systems such as Sage 50.
Batchelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
Professional Accounting Qualification - (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), will consider partially qualified candidates with relevant experience
5+ years with relevant industry experience ( Construction / Hire industry preferable)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:

Oristown, CO. Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
