The position is full time hours from 9:00 - 17:00
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Posting all receipts and payments on to the bank on a daily basis, including bank reconciliation.
Accounts Receivable processes, Posting receipts and review of debtors reports and follow up with customers regarding overdue balances.
Accounts Payable - reconcile Creditors and processing payments, including entering daily purchase invoices and regular payment runs.
Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
Posting and allocation of credit card statements
Coordinate with staff from all departments to ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
General Office administration duties.
The successful candidate will ideally:
Possess good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and competence in the use of Excel is essential.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be enthusiastic & flexible.
Have a friendly & outgoing personality.
Be flexible in your approach to work and work well as part of a team.
Previous experience advantageous but not required.
Pursuing an accounting technician training course or similar would be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
